Rec for all, especially soccer, volleyball and Uiltimate

Soccer - Played as a goalie for my spring and summer team, so can do that or D. Slo- pitch - Outfielder left or centre and can bat. Volleyball and Ultimate subs - can be available but not so familiar with sport
I’ve played a lot of cricket over the years and was recently introduced to slo-pitch, it looks like a fun and competitive way to stay active, and I’d love to give it a shot!
Availability:
weekday - 4pm onwards
weekend - anytime
Just looking to stay fit and active, meet some new active people. Looking to have fun with a slight competitive edge, not looking to take anything super seriously but that being said I can be competitive and like to win. Level of play intermediate to competitive depending on the sport.

Played a lot of different sports in high school/university competitively, continued to play recreationally afterwards. All around athlete, versatile and can play any position.

I work shift work at the hospital as a Respiratory Therapist so my schedule varies throughout the summer however that being said I do know my schedule in advance for the entire summer. Looking to have fun, stay fit and active and meet some like minded people who enjoy playing sports and maybe going out for a drink afterwards.
Intermediate with anything. I don't take it too seriously.

Hockey: Can play goalie in a pinch (I have equipment), but will play any skater/runner position. Soccer: Anywhere but goalie, really. Slopitch: Anywhere, but a pretty weak arm.

I am intermediate to beginner on most sports. I played soccer, hockey, baseball, volleyball and flag football when I was younger and in high school. I know my way around most of the games but I am just joining to have fun, meet people and play some sports

I work weekdays during the day but I am free during the late afternoons / evenings and on weekends I am usually free as well but if something comes up I will always keep the teams in the loop if I can't make it to a game.
I’m new to the valley and looking to make new friends. I do not have experience playing any of the sports listed above (I have experience with gymnastics, lacrosse, and running), however I would love to try something new and I’m eager to learn.
I’m a senior that played highly competitive softball for over 30 years. Haven’t played in a while. Pretty confident I can still hit. Fielding and running has more than likely diminished but I don’t think it would be too bad. I don’t think I would be a liability for sure!
Slo-pitch, played ball growing up, any level; Basketball, played growing up but it's been a while, probably up to intermediate; Soccer, been a few years but have played on and off my whole life, probably just recreational but could swing intermediate in a pinch
